The bottom cushion can be removed. The back cushion cannot be removed.

Since these seats are aftermarket, they will not be the exact same as your original seats. But, they mount from the bottom of the seat.

Is the plate mounting bolt pattern underside of seat 12" x 5"?

This seat has the standard mount like almost all boats seats have a universal square mounting dimension of 5.25"
