I used this to replace the middle seat in a 2000 Tracker 185 bass boat. The seat looks great (especially when paired up with the matching high back folding seats for driver and passenger) and is comfortable. I was excited to have a cup holder when folded down, but the back does not fold down far enough to be parallel to the bench. Therefore, drinks are tilted and not very secure.

Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the seats I received. Although the price reflected higher quality, I didn't expect it as well. Wise seats are worth the price.
