The seats themselves seem to be fine. They look good and are comfortable. The instructions for assembling them however were incomplete, though not difficult to figure out. I purchased two seats, but the bolts included for the assembly of one were too short so I had to purchase four from the hardware store as well as the mounting screws necessary to attach it to the boat floor.
