Replaced a set of Wise lounge seats that lasted for many (42) years. Those seats had easy access holes cut in sides of bases, were very sturdy, bigger seats, and a wood frame. Hard decision not to reupholster. thought these new seats would be of comparable construction and sturdy. Quite the contrary with these. Quality of the vinyl was fine but was on cheap plastic frames. Issue when locking seats back in from lounge was that the aluminum U is just digging into the vinyl on the base and will no doubt have a hole soon. My previous seats had aluminum extenders that allowed for three seat positions. Not so with these. Bottom line is I should have reupholstered the old seats. I think Wise has cheapened up a bit too much. I expected more from a US seat manufacturer.
