I received my gas shock, nicely packaged, in a timely manner and the online purchase was easy. I was totally satisfied up until I needed support about my shock. I received my order on or about July 08 and immediately installed them. To my surprise they did not hold up the load. I was assured by replacing the 15 YO gas shocks with the same part would be a quick fix. I called iBoats and they referred me to Attwood, the supplier of the gas shock. I called Attwood marine and they could not answer my question and referred me to Attwood tech support (616 897-2421) in Michigan. I called the support line and all you get is a recording, please leave your name, number and a brief description and we will return your call. I've been calling since July 9th with absolutely no response. I left my cell number and email address. I was hoping to talk to support and get there thoughts on which shock I should move up to but it looks like I'll just go to my local auto parts store and try a different strength shocks until it works like it should and return my iBoats purchase.
