Aluminum Outboard Motor Bracket up to 10HP- Panther

I received the motor bracket, the box was crumpled and tightly wrapped in black plastic. When I opened the box, I found that the mount wasn’t what I expected it did not match the picture. The picture shows assist springs under the bracket arms but the mount did not have them. I immediately contacted iboats to start the return process however it has been about one month and I have not yet heard from iboats.
