Two mile, 360° light visibility for use on boats up to 39.4ft. Fold-down bases allow light to swing 180°. Big cam-lock ahndle is easy to grasp. Once locked, stays locked in normal conditions. In extreme conditions, if a 12ft./lb. force hits the base, the cam lock releases and allows base to swing down, reducing the chance of breakage to base or pole. All wiring is concealed and protected within the pivoting base. Materials are non-corrosive, bases are glass-filled polymer and poles are sturdy black plastic. Includes both the horizontal and verticle mount. Includes 9-Watt wedge base lamp.

I purchased this light as a replacement for my pontoon on the bimini top. The light was easy to install, and very versatile with the multiple mounting bases. It can be mounted either horizontally or vertically. The only shortcoming it has is it did not come with mounting screws, but I was able to reuse the original ones I had for my old light. The lights position can be easily moved and locks securely when you have it adjusted where you want it. I would purchase it again.
