It is universal and we do not have original information to match it up with boat trailer in terms of mounting. It will mount to most trailer set ups though.

I have an Easy Loader trailer with a 30' Fisher. Will it match up with the trailer and will and does it need the block for the 11,500 pounds?

We do not have original information to compare to boat/trailer. You need the block to reach the pull capacity which is 7500 lbs.
