This Sierra Silverado Mercury 3/8" fuel line assembly with bayonet twist lock design tank and engine fittings is constructed from gravity cast aluminum. Ideal for all 1998 and older style outboard engines. EPA and CARB complaint fuel line hose and primer bulb. Primer bulb is manufactured from FKM rubber compound formulated for today's fuels. Stainless steel clamps are used through out the assembly. It is an 8' length premium fuel line assembly with a 3/8" hose. It has a 18-8083 connector at engine end, 18-8084 connector at tank end.

Hose Connection Leaked

I received this in a timely fashion, unfortunately I attached it and pumped up the bulb and the hose clamp at the engine fitting leaked gas. It appears an undersized fitting/barb was installed during the manufacturing process. Unfortunately, it was a real hassle for what should have been a simple process for getting a return authorization. Hopefully the replacement works, but it has been a month since I first ordered the line and I had to buy another one locally just to be able to use my boat.
