As with other TaylorMade products, I found the construction of the straps and buckles to be excellent. Unfortunately, the instructions were poor. This should not be rocket science, yet I have tried multiple ways to loop the straps through the buckles and still have not come up with a combination that works. Either they don't hold or they are too difficult to pull the strap through. In addition, it is not clear at all how the straps are supposed to work WITH the TaylorMade boat cover. The best approach appears to be cutting the strap off of the top and just using the separate strap but I am reluctant to do that. This is not the first TaylorMade product I have purchased with insufficient instructions. Just how difficult could writing clear instructions be?
