72" Fiberglass Boat Cover Bow - Taylor Made

The bows were inadequate to react the cover loads. They buckled and the boat cover turned into swimming pool.

They look nice and wide in the picture but they are not. The rubber gasket does not provide a snug fit. The bows could easily be a half inch wider for better function. The rail mount sockets do not "snap" on to the rail tubing. They just rest there. Just the wind blowing against the cover knocks the bows over (and I did trim them down). I cant imagine what a little rain might do. When they fall over, they spring out and puncture the cover. I spent $100 bucks on these and they ruined my new $300 cover when the wind blew them over.
