Guide on guides

We had a little trouble putting the guides, hardware, on. The boat cover wasn't quite the fit we wanted, but we made it work. Great product overall and a great price. The fabric is strong and looks like it will survive out winters.

Angled spacer didn't have a hole in the correct position for my trailer and I ended up having to drill to a hole to match the position of where the "U-Bolt" needed to pass through to make it fit tight against the trailer frame. Once the correct hole was drilled and the angle bracket was in place, held the U-bolt in position.

Perfect guide

I purchased the guides because of my new seadoo sparks jet skis and because of the size of the jet skis a normal guild would not do. I needed a guide that could be adjusted. I searched and found several but most were the price for just 1. With Iboats the price was for 2. Perfect

My fiberglass boat never loads straight so I bought these guide ons to force it in place. However they don t have the metal brace under plastic tube and are too flexible. Might be ok for a light aluminum boat

Put the guides on my boat trailer and it was the best thing for backing up my plckup truck.I never lost sight of the trailer when it was empty.I have a cargo lid on the truck and when backing down a boat ramp I use to loose sight of the trailer.What a easy solution .

Installation directions were awful basically, non-existent. So, I had to figure out how to install. The angle iron piece to go inside the trailer frame and rest atop the sliding guide piece was too large. I made it work, but, very difficult. And the angles that the PVC poles sit are different on each side one flares out more than the other.

I have a 24ft regal cuddy on a dual axel trailer will this guide be strong enough to keep my boat stright on the trailer when loading?
A:
The boat can bump these but it is not meant to be the actual guide. These are meant to be visual guides. That is the way it is with most boat guides. Since it is aftermarket we cannot match it up by boat. You will need to know size you need. This specifications are: Post height: 48", Post thickness: 2-3/8", Side adjustment: 16".
