pretty easy to install, had to grind base a little to fit an unlevel surface under gunwale. now i don't have to stop to put the light up and remember to take it down so it doesn't hit my shorestation canopy. product has a very nice build quality, lots of stainless, including brackets. comes as an option on cobalt boats from the factory, so if it's up to their standards, you know it's good.. great price from this site was nice too.
