The bimini top was delivered on time and in good condition. However, the website that I ordered from (iboats.com) states that there will be "step-by-step" instructions included. There were no instructions included what-so-ever. I called the 1-800 #, and was advised to call the manufacturer (Carver)because they only sell the product, not service it. After some discussion I was emailed the instructions from iboats.com. The instructions were clear, except that it listed #8 1/2" screws to join the stainless poles together. There was a rivet tool included with my order - without rivets or instructions. A trip to Lowes to buy rivets and a quick instruction from the salesman was a life saver. I did have everything together in about an hour and set it up on the boat which took about 30 minutes. It looks nice. The width is perfect, the height is perfect, but the six foot bimini is only 5 1/2 foot instead of six - which puts the seat forward of the center console in the drip line or in the sun. Overall - I will not be a return customer. Get your bimini from someone local if at all possible. The internet is such a risk. For $818 I feel iboats came up short.
