    Too big for average sized cable bundles

    This is a high quality boot but it didn't fit my needs due to the cable opening being so large. If you have a bundle of cables whose diameter is somewhere between 3" and 2" PVC pipe, this boot will work well. However, I only have my steering cable, engine harness, and starter wires, each ~ 1/2" diameter. It was possible to cinch the boot down to this size but it looked poor, the folds of the boot were uneven and overly compressed, causing the reduced opening to be non-circular. I was not happy with it and ended up using another boot.
