22"-44" Adjustable Brace Kit (Alum) - ENDURATop

I purchased a Taylormade product,it didn't bolt right up,you had to be able to slide the bracket through the main hoop(aluminum arch),which meant you had to drill out the plastic bottom mount rivet on the ends of the pole to get them through. Do I have to do the same with this product or is this a an open end mount that I can wrap around and then bolt or screw tight on the main hoop?

I am sorry to say very disappointed the second time I used the adjustable brace one of them is completely stuck inside of the other and am unable to move up or down.

About a month ago i bought a real nice Bimini Top from you guys . It works really get even in the rain. When i needed to fold it down it would lay on the back of the boat and the splash would come up from the sides. So i purchased the adjustable brace and the top is out of the splash. IT WORKS GREAT.
