I ordered and paid for a 70 foot length. I started the difficult task of installing it and when I got 2/3rds of the way around my boat, I realized that I was sent a 50 foot length and I am about 2 feet short of finishing. I e-mailed IBOATS service dept more than 24 hours ago about the problem, and have not yet gotten a reply.
