Honda Outboards 2-130HP 1978-2001 Repair Manual 1-4 Cylinder, 4 Stroke - Seloc

I ordered this book to help locate & fix an over-heating issue in a Honda BF15A 2000 4 stroke engine. Unfortunately, this book not only does not show the complete diagram of the engine in question; but writes min generalities as to the proper course of finding & fixing the problem. E.G.--there is a grommet on top of the water tube that goes from the water pump to the engine block-- NOWHERE DOES IT SHOW THE GROMMET NOR WHERE IT CONNECTS TO THE ENGINE NOR HOW TO REPLACE IT!!!! PRETTY BASIC INFORMATION NEEDED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM! So, if you're buying this book for this particular engine (DON'T)!! Unfortunately, I started highlighting all the info. on the BF15A so I could find what I was looking for--so I am unable to return this un-helpful $42.00 Sears & Roebuck bathroom substitute. Maybe it might be helpful for the other multitude of engines that it covers--but I suspect it probably won't help too many people. I just ordered the oficial HONDA SHOP MANUAL FOR THIS ENGINE. And, it is for TWO ENGINES ONLY, so I'm hoping that this will help--Unfortunately, I live in an area that is over 100 miles from the nearest repair facility---so am trying to find & fix the problem myself. BEST ADVICE--PASS ON THE SELOC REPAIR BOOK--IT DOESN'T HELP !!
